GENERAL TERMS OF USE

All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly mentioned. iFix reserves the right to deny a service or discontinue a service which was accepted prior without any notice, in which cases, the devices will be duly returned back to the customer without any acceptance of responsibility of the current state of the devices.

It is the customer’s responsibility to backup all data prior to handing over to iFix. iFix will not be held responsible for any loss of data in any shape or form. We expect the customers to format their devices before being handed over to iFix and will not hold responsibility for any loss or leak of data existing on the device.

Once a device has been fixed, iFix will hold the device only for one month. We will do our best to contact the customer as per the contact details entered on our site. If the customer is not responding to our communication, iFix will safely dispose the device. No claim to the device will be entertained after the 30-day period.

For reasons beyond our control, iFix will not be held responsible for any delay to the service or any damages thereof.

WARRANTY

All warranties are as provided by the corresponding manufacturers. Ifix does not provide any additional warranty on any of its services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Customer agrees that the use of the service is at the sole risk of the customer and iFix will not be held responsible for any damages or losses of any kind. The service is provided “AS-IS” and on “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. iFix takes no warranty that a service will meet the requirements of the customer or his expectations. iFix and the people associated with iFix will not held responsible for any damages or inconveniences or delay resulting in loss to the customer.

The terms and conditions may be changed at any time. By using our service, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold iFix ( including third party and its management and employees) harmless against any damages , costs or liabilities, claims or law suits. .
